Refund policy
At Veloura Fragrance, we aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return. In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof, and we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side. Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. For any assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
